When we say, a container is for drinking water storage; it must be food grade. Flixtank potable water tank meets the FDA, and the production process obeys the GJB4219A, 2013, military standard.
Comparing with the rigid tank(like steel tank or poly tank), the potable bladder bag is a better way for storage and transportation:

Fabric Materials Choice
Bladder Tanks use in various places, for different purpose, the fabric materials will be different. For most usage, the non-drinking water storage, the regualr material PVC is a good choice; but for drinking water, the mateial should be food-grade, we use the TPU which meets the FDA to provide safe sources.

Standard Fittings
Flixtank provides tanks for water(including drinking), fuel, chemical storage in residential, industrial, agricultural sites.
For most applications, the standard fittings are enough: M flange, Camlock, Ball Valve, A/F Fitting, Spare Kits.
In order to connect to the pipe directly, we also recommend the add a C Fitting(extra pay).
And other accessries(pay extra): Ground Sheet; Sun-shed Cover; Spill Berm(Liner)
Size of Fittings
Common sizes: 3/4inch, 1/2inch, 1inch, 1-1/2inch, 2inch, 3inch, 4inch, 6inch.
