WHAT IS FRAC TANK?

Frac Tank is a large, movable, liquid storage tank. Because fracking tank mosly uses in industrial and construction site for hydraulic fracturing, then also call fracking tank.

Large, common sizes from 2,500gal(10,000L) to 2,500,000gal(1,000,000L).
Movable, as the frac tank can fold in carton for transportation, there is almost no limitation on working places.

Liquid storage, not only water for fracking process, the tank can also be used for chemical, fuel storage and transfer.

The large frac tank uses to store large amount of water, brine, chemical, fuel, oil, etc. It has many applications included, but not limited to:

Agriculture: aquaculture water sources, irrigation water supply, animal drinking water storage, etc.

Industrial: wastewater storage/transfer, water treatment containment, fracking of oil/gas well, etc.

Rresidential: gray water storage, septic problem solution, firefighting water storage, ect.

For common liquid storage/transfer, then the frac tank is only a containment to keep the liquid in a safe condition.

using frac tank to hold water(proppant).
connecting the tank by pipe with pump.
pumping water(proppant) at high pressure down to the wellbore.

Fabric Materials Choice

Bladder Tanks use in various places, for different purpose, the fabric materials will be different. For most usage, the non-drinking water storage, the regualr material PVC is a good choice; but for drinking water, the mateial should be food-grade, we use the TPU which meets the FDA to provide safe sources.

Standard Fittings

Flixtank provides tanks for water(including drinking), fuel, chemical storage in residential, industrial, agricultural sites.

For most applications, the standard fittings are enough: M flange, Camlock, Ball Valve, A/F Fitting, Spare Kits.

In order to connect to the pipe directly, we also recommend the add a C Fitting(extra pay).
